This website is operated by Lamplod LLC, doing business as SmallStairs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to SmallStairs. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”).

SECTION 01 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the Service.

SECTION 02 — GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time. Card information is always encrypted during transfer and is processed securely through our payment providers. We never store full card numbers.

We work to keep all information on this site accurate and up to date. However, the material on this site is provided for general information only, and we may update it at any time.

SECTION 04 — MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Later price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

SECTION 05 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. All products may be returned or exchanged only according to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 06 — PRODUCT SAFETY & USE

Our toys are designed for the age ranges shown on each product page. Please follow the age guidance, the assembly instructions, and all safety warnings included with each product. Young children should always be supervised by an adult during play.

SECTION 07 — ORDERS, PAYMENT & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • Payment methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
  • Order acceptance: We may refuse or cancel an order if, for example, the product is unavailable, the pricing is incorrect, or the order is flagged as fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Your information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it promptly so that we can complete your orders.

SECTION 08 — SHIPPING & RETURNS

We currently ship only to the continental United States. Shipping is a flat $9.00 per order. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days: processing takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 4–6 business days. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. SECTION 09 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. These may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update information. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before taking any action. If you prefer, you can cancel the order for a full refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits our product warranty described in our Refund Policy, or any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the changes on this page and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms, and any separate agreements under which we provide you Services, are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
