Refund policy

At Small Stairs, operated by Lamplod LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If things aren't quite right, we are here to help.

SECTION 01 — 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags, instructions, and accessories.
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

SECTION 02 — RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden surprises.

Damaged or Defective: Small Stairs pays return shipping. No restocking fee.
Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping. No restocking fee.

Note: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. We do not charge restocking fees for items returned in their original, resalable condition.

SECTION 03 — 90-DAY QUALITY WARRANTY

Small Stairs provides a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault due to a defect within 90 days, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.

SECTION 04 — REFUND PROCESS

- Inspection: Once your return is received, our team will inspect it within 2 business days.
- Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
- Payment: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

SECTION 05 — HOW TO START A RETURN

Step 1 — Email us at support@smallstairs.com
Include your order number and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Step 2 — Wait for return instructions
Our team will respond within 48 hours with the correct return address and instructions. Do not send items back before receiving authorization.

Step 3 — Ship the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship using a trackable method. Keep your tracking number until the refund is confirmed.

Step 4 — Receive your refund
Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
