SECTION 01 — SHIPPING AREA & RESTRICTIONS

We ship exclusively to physical addresses within the continental United States.

- Excluded Regions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.
- No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

SECTION 02 — SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total at checkout.

Orders $0.00 – $98.99: $9.99 Flat Rate
Orders $99.00 and over: FREE Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. No hidden fees.

SECTION 03 — DELIVERY TIMELINE

Total delivery time includes handling and transit time.

Order Cutoff: 2:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday
Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–10 Business Days

Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak season (October 20 – December 25) and public holidays. No refunds or credits are issued for shipping delays once an order is in transit.

SECTION 04 — TRACKING & CARRIERS

- Tracking: Confirmation emails are sent with tracking numbers within 24 hours of shipment. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
- Carriers: We ship with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on your location and order size.
